By creating an account or using LifeVaultAI, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
LifeVaultAI provides digital vault features such as media upload, organization tools, time capsules, and related AI assistance. Features may be incomplete, change, or be removed during early access. Marketing pages describe intended product direction; only features available in your account are guaranteed for that session.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these Terms.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service (including backups, security scanning, and AI features you use).
Do not upload unlawful content, malware, or material you do not have rights to store or share.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are not offered yet. When billing launches, fees and features will be described clearly in-product and processed by Stripe. Until then, early access is invite- or waitlist-based with no subscription checkout.
AI features
AI outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on AI for legal, medical, or estate advice. You remain responsible for reviewing results before sharing with others.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or permanent preservation of data.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LifeVaultAI and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate or limit access for violations of these Terms or to protect the platform.
