Overview
LifeVaultAI (“we”, “us”) provides tools to store and organize personal media and related metadata. This policy describes current practices for the web application. It will be updated as features ship.
Information we collect
- Account data — name, email, and authentication identifiers (including from Google or Apple if you use those providers).
- Content you upload — photos, videos, documents, audio, and metadata you choose to store in your vault.
- Usage data — basic product and marketing events needed to operate the service (for example page views, waitlist joins, and uploads when you use the product).
- Waitlist email — if you join early access, we store your email to invite you and send product updates. You can ask to be removed via Contact.
- Payment data — not collected today. When paid plans launch, card data will be processed by Stripe; we will not store full card numbers.
How we use information
- To provide vault storage, organization features, and account access when available.
- To manage the waitlist and early-access invitations.
- To process subscriptions in the future, when paid plans launch, and to prevent abuse.
- To run AI features you invoke (for example chat or tagging), which may send relevant content or prompts to our AI providers under their processing terms.
Sharing
We use infrastructure and service providers such as hosting, databases, authentication, payments, and AI APIs. We do not sell your personal content. We may disclose information if required by law.
Retention & deletion
You can request deletion of your account and stored content via Contact. We will remove or anonymize personal data except where we must retain records for legal, security, or billing reasons.
Security
See our Security page for current controls and known limitations. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Children
LifeVaultAI is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date on this page.
